We've had many questions regarding the coupons site. Here is a list of possible solutions. If you are still having trouble after reading through these proposed solutions, send us another email and we will personally address the problem.

1. Be sure you enter your first, middle and last name EXACTLY as you entered it when you registered.
2. Enter the email address you used when you registered.

1. Your code may contain the letter I or the number 1. Sometimes if you change this to the other, it will work.
2. The same holds true for the letter O and the number ZERO.

1. Turn off all pop-up blockers.
2. Hold the CTRL key when you click on the text or print icon to open the coupons.
3. Sometimes the window opens behind the window where you click the coupon. Minimize the window and see if it popped up behind.
4. If you were able to print the first coupon, but not the subsequent coupons, log off, and then login again to print the remaining coupons.

1. Instead of clicking the PRINT button in the coupon window, select the PRINT option from the FILE menu at the top of your browser.
2. Right-click on the text, or printer icon, and select "open target/link in a new window".
3. If the coupon still does not print, do a screen capture. Open the coupon window, center it on your screen, and select "CTRL" and the button on the top of your keyboard that says "Print Scrn". Then open a new WORD document, chose PASTE, and viola, the coupon appears on the screen. Choose PRINT and you are off!
